The Cocoa Collab is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to
empowering and uplifting the Black community. We curate spaces to inspire and support one another. We facilitate opportunities for knowledge sharing and collaboration. We create and provide access to resources for all.
Who We Are
The Cocoa Collab (TCC) was founded with the people in mind. It was founded by Black women who understand the importance of community-building and the importance of having access to resources and networks. Our mission is simple: increase the amount of opportunities and experiences for Black people to learn, teach, grow, and excel in ways and environments that feel safe + inclusive.

We create and share resources that are readily available in ways that connect with y’all. We encourage you to acknowledge yourself and your experiences as resources.
Authenticity
We encourage our members to embrace everything that makes you, you! Show up as your authentic self and don’t think twice about it because we see you!
Community Connections
We hold space for our members to connect in a variety of ways. We want everyone to feel a sense of belonging and ownership in the well-being and building of our community.
Empathy
We inspire our members to meet each other where they are. We all work to lead, listen, and act with compassion and understanding.

We empower our members to create meaningful connections by practicing openness, honesty, and accountability in every interaction.
